Return Policy
At IVY'S Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any complimentary gifts received with the order must also be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items or items marked as final sale.
- Accessories, including jewelry and hats.
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopivys.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@shopivys.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at info@shopivys.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
